The decree appealed from awarded a preliminary injunction restraining the defendants, during the pendency of this suit and until its final determination, from completing, using, or selling, the two machines referred to in the complainant’s bill and in the opinion of the Circuit Court. Tindel-Morris Co. v. Chester Forging & Engineering Co., 163 Fed. 304.
