OPINION AND ORDER
LYNCH, District Judge.
On June 4, 2003, this Court entered final judgment for plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”), on its claims for breach of contract, and dismissing the counterclaims and third-party complaint of defendants TACA International Airlines, S.A., and JHM Cargo Express, S.A. For the merits of the dispute, see Wells Fargo Bank v. Taca International Airlines, 315 F.Supp.2d 347, 2003 WL 21180415 (S.D.N.Y.2003), and Wells Fargo Bank v.
