Ulysses E. Sidebottom, a resident of Livingston County, died testate on March 10, 1946. His will, duly probated, provided numerous specific bequests of sizable amounts of money, including a $30,000 bequest to Park College of Parkville, Missouri (hereinafter “Park”).
