DECISION AND ORDER

LARIMER, District Judge.

On June 6, 2005, plaintiffs, Xelus, Inc. and its parent corporation Click Commerce, Inc. (“Click”), filed a complaint in this action, along with a motion for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) and a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
