This is a trustee’s accounting in which a construction of the will is sought. The question of construction involves the validity and effect of the exercise of a power of appointment. The decedent died on July 29, 1935, a resident of New York county, and his will was admitted to probate in this court. The will created a trust of the residuary estate for the benefit of the testator’s widow during her life.
