Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Schenectady County (Assini, J.), entered July 10, 2009, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to revoke a suspended judgment, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
