ORDER
FORRESTER, District Judge.
These consolidated actions for wrongful death are before the court on several motions. In an order of this court dated March 30, 1983 and filed on April 1, 1983, this court disposed of several motions pend ing, including motions for summary judgment by defendants Cessna Aircraft Company (“Cessna”), Corporate Jet Aviation, Inc. (“Corporate Jet”) and the United States of America (“United States”), as well as a motion to dismiss by defendant R.P. Tucker, M.D. (“Tucker”).
