THE MATTER under consideration in this Chapter 11 case concerns the marshall-ing of the Debtor’s assets.
Defendant/Cross-Plaintiff NCNB National Bank of Florida (NCNB) filed a cross-claim against Defendant/Cross-Defendant Mac Papers, Inc.
