MEANS, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a decision of the trial court finding him in direct contempt of court for failing to obey a court order. Having reviewed the record and applicable law, we affirm.

This cause of action arose during a lengthy dispute concerning stock in the Security Eank and Trust Company of Lawton, Oklahoma. The litigation began in July 1978, when Charles Chadwell sought to enforce a purchase option for the stock which at the time was owned by Exall and Lucile English.
