MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT D. MARTIN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This action was brought to determine the dischargeability of a debt due from debtor to the plaintiffs (“Mumms”) for the sale by debtor of a New Idea Uni-System purportedly owned by the Mumms. The Mumms allege that the sale constituted a conversion and the debt is therefore nondis-chargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) -as a willful and malicious injury to property, and is also nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4), as an act of embezzlement.
