ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI.

¶ 1. After agreeing to a divorce on the ground of irreconcilable differences, Nevada Rae Barr Jones and Richard Broderick Jones permitted the Hinds County Chancery Court to decide the issues upon which they could not agree, interalia, the equitable distribution of the marital assets. In his final judgment, the chancellor awarded Nevada approximately seventy-eight percent of the marital assets, leaving Richard with the remaining twenty-two percent.
