On petition for a writ of habeas corpus it was made known to this Court that the petitioner was informed against on a charge of manslaughter in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on October 14, 1938, when operating an automobile under the influence of intoxicating liquor negligently and carelessly struck one George Higel and inflicted a wound or injury which caused his death It was alleged in the petition that the information was void for a number of reasons.
