These two actions of tort, brought by two minor daughters of the defendant, their father, were tried together. They were brought to recover compensation for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiffs while passengers in an automobile operated by the defendant. The declaration in each case contains a count for wilful, wanton or reckless conduct, a count for gross negligence and a count for negligence.
