OPINION AND ORDER DETERMINING DAMAGES

GEORGE B. HARRIS, Senior District Judge.

On May 18, 1971, 327 F.Supp. 155, this court filed its MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE LIABILITY, finding for plaintiff, but concluding that any damage recovery would have to be reduced by 50% because of plaintiff’s contributory negligence. The court reserved decision on the nature and measure of damages, and the parties were directed to submit written memoranda thereon.
