Plaintiff, Arthur Wayne Tice, Jr., instituted an action of trespass on the case, in the Circuit Court of Wood *26County, against defendant, E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., for damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from the failure of defendant to furnish “a good, proper, suitable and reasonably safe place” to perform work.
