PIVARNIK, Justice.
This cause comes to us on a petition to transfer from the Third District Court of Appeals. Richard A. Wojtowiez appealed from his convictions of four counts of Theft and one count of Corrupt Business Influence after a jury trial in Lake County Superior Court.
