At issue in this prosecution for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia is whether probable cause existed to support issuance of a search warrant on Blake Mitchell Sanchez’s residence. Sanchez appeals his judgment and sentence for those crimes and contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress because the affidavit was insufficient to establish probable cause to issue the search warrant and that the good faith exception is inapplicable.
