George Ray Middlebrooks was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to serve a life sentence. He brings this appeal enumerating four alleged errors. Held:

1. Middlebrooks urges error in the denial of his motion for a directed verdict of acquittal. A perusal of the transcript shows the jury was warranted in concluding the following sequence of events.
