HIGHTOWER, Judge.

Plaintiff, George E. Clarke, appeals a summary judgment rendered against him in a worker’s compensation proceeding. For the reasons expressed, we reverse and remand.

BACKGROUND

Claiming to be totally disabled by work-related mental illness, plaintiff filed suit on October 5, 1988 against his employer, Tan-dy Corporation, d/b/a Radio Shack, and its insurer, CNA Insurance Co.
