Appeal from the District Court, Parish of Jefferson- Davis; Thomas F. Porter, Judge-. Suit to. compel payment of the contract price of an acetylene' gas *297generator and fixtures, sold for the purpose of being used in cooking.

J. B. Colt Company sold an acetylene gas generator and fixtures to I. V. Garman for the price and sum of $350.00. The machine above referred to is spoken of by the plaintiff in a letter addressed to defendant, of date October 15, 1924, acknowledging receipt of his order as a Colt Carbide Lighting Plant.
