Appeal from an order of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), entered September 28, 2012, which classified defendant as a risk level three sex offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.

In 2011, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of rape in the third degree and was sentenced pursuant to the plea agreement to a prison term of IV2 years followed by five years of post-release supervision.
