Gangloff, P. J.,

— George Mizishko died testate on September 9, 1936, and his will, dated August 31, 1936, duly probated, provides, among other things:

“It is understood that the insurance policy I have with the Home Life Insurance Company be paid over to my *363son George Jr., at the time of my death, but the funeral expenses are to be deducted from the receipts of said policy in the sum of $1000.00”.
