Marlow v. Board of Education

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Duskas, J.), entered June 12, 1991 in St. Lawrence County, which denied certain defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaints against them.

These five actions arise out of a tragic accident which occurred on September 9, 1987 in the Town of Oswegatehie, St. Lawrence County, when a tractor trailer drove into the rear of a school bus which had stopped to discharge students.
