Defendant was convicted by a Monroe County jury of premeditated first degree murder and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. In this appeal as of right, defendant makes the following allegations:(1) The evidence is insufficient to support his conviction;(2) The trial court erroneously limited cross-examination regarding the victim’s family’s and employee’s reputation for violence.;(3) The trial court erred by failing to appoint a disinterested interpreter and by limiting cross-examination into the credibility of the court-appointed interpreter;…
