Affirming.

This is a suit by appellants against appellees seeking to have set aside a deed executed by appellants to appellees on March 24, 1941, and to have it adjudged that said deed, absolute on its face, is only a mortgage for the security of certain indebtedness. The facts in the ease are these:

Ovid McManus, his sister, Molly McManus, and their sister, Lida Lucas, aged respectively 73, 81 and 70 at the time of this transaction, were joint owners in fee simple of a tract of land containing approximately 116 acres near White Sulphur on the Iron Works…
