The questions now to be decided in this ease, arise upon objections filed by the Tide Water Canal Company, to the affirmance of the inquisition returned to the clerk of this court by the late John Carsins, who was at the time of the taking and of the return thereof, the sheriff of Harford county, and the same having been taken on parcels of land alleged and stated in and by said inquisition, to be owned and claimed by Mrs. Ann Archer of said county.
