This motion brought by the Debtor, Amsterdam Avenue Development Associates (“Amsterdam”), pursuant to section 1146(c) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 1146(e) (1986), seeks an order exempting it from payment of New York State and City Real Estate Transfer Taxes, N.Y. Tax Law § 1402 and N.Y.C. Administrative Code II46-2.0 as authorized by N.Y.
