The People bring this interlocutory appeal to challenge an order of the Jefferson County District Court suppressing certain bank records that were subpoenaed by the Colorado Commissioner of Securities pursuant to his authority under section 11-51-119(2), 4 C.R.S. (1986 Supp.). The order of suppression was entered in a criminal prosecution of defendant Robert Lamb for violations of the Colorado Securities Act, §§ 11-51-101 to -129, 4 C.R.S.
