The plaintiffs, John R. Slimp, permittee, and Gambrinos Importing Co., Inc., a Texas-based seller of beer to Connecticut liquor distributors, also challenge both the finding that they violated Connecticut's Liquor Control Act and the severity of the penalty imposed.
