This is an action by appellant MFA Mutual Insurance Company against defendants whom it insured as owners of a farm dwelling, arising from appellant’s partial payment of a fire loss to the Veterans Administration as mortgagee under the mortgage clause of its policy. Appellant contends defendants’ rights under the policy were “suspended” when they obtained additional insurance on the dwelling without the written permission of appellant and that defendants thereby became obligated to reimburse the appellant under the subrogation provisions of the policy for…
