Plaintiff Carol Lauer, while a passenger in an automobile owned and operated by her husband, John Lauer, sustained injuries as a result of an automobile accident between the Lauer vehicle and an automobile owned by Walter Claffey and operated by Gary Claffey. Plaintiff commenced an action for damages against defendants John Lauer and the Claffeys. John Lauer was represented by Herron.
