STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On July 29, 2008, the Iberia Parish Sheriffs Office arrested Darius Sias after a raid on his home pursuant to a search warrant. He was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm, monetary instrument abuse (possession of counterfeit money), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
