ROSS, Circuit Judge.

The appellant appeals from a conviction, based upon a jury verdict, of aiding and abetting the purchase of heroin in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 4704(a).1 Two issues are presented for determina*310tion by this Court: Whether the Government presented sufficient evidence to submit the case to the jury; and, whether the trial court erred when it permitted witnesses to express opinions that the substance involved was in fact heroin. We affirm.
