Pamela Marie Brackman, a minor, b/n/f her father, William C. Brackman, sued the defendant, William L. Adrian, as Bishop representing the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nashville, to recover for personal injuries received while a student at St. Henry’s School in Nashville, Tennessee, in an accident which occurred on the playground of the school April 6, 1967.
