This is an appeal by Stana Predich from an order denying a motion to set aside a levy and sheriff’s sale.

The material facts are not in dispute. As a result of certain litigation before a circuit court commissioner of Wayne county, the defendants became liable upon a statutory appeal bond executed January 28, 1937, in the sum of $6,600.
