Nichols, Chief Justice.

Appellant was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals, contending the evidence did not support the verdict.

1. The victim, David Willis, was found dead of a gunshot wound to the chest. The state’s evidence showed that appellant had argued with Willis in the latter’s apartment prior to the killing. Appellant then left and returned with a pistol, whereupon several shots were fired.
