The respondent, an attorney admitted to the Bar of this state in 1958, has been criminally convicted of stealing funds belonging to his clients. For that misconduct, we conclude that he should be disbarred.

On October 17, 1994, the Disciplinary Commission filed a Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action against the respondent, alleging multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law arising from the respondent’s criminal convictions.
