Reversing.
Appellant was' tried under an indictment charging him with the murder of his son, T. Gr. Beaty, and convicted of the crime of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced for a term of fifteen years in the penitentiary. A reversal was sought mainly because of errors in the instructions given, and this necessitates a statement of the substance of the evidence introduced.
