— Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered *806March 8, 1978, after a jury trial convicting the defendant of the crime of robbery in the first degree (two counts), reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter remanded for a new trial. The defendant, Danny Pryor, participated together with two others in an armed robbery of the Twilight Lounge in The Bronx.
