BEALES, Judge.
Raheem Chabezz Johnson (appellant) appeals the trial court’s decision to impose a life sentence for appellant’s first-degree murder conviction under Code § 18.2-32. 1 In his as signment of error that is before this Court, appellant alleges that the trial court “ignored his individuality and the holding of Miller v. Alabama, — U.S. —, 132 S.Ct. 2455, 183 L.Ed.2d 407 (2012).” For the following reasons, we affirm appellant’s life sentence for first-degree murder.
