COCHRAN, District Judge.

This cause is before me for final decree. As originally brought, it is a suit by the plaintiff company against the defendant company to enjoin the cutting of timber growing on a certain tract of land in Breathitt county, in this district, on the waters of the South fork of Quicksand, a tributary of the North fork of the Kentucky river, the title to which is in dispute between them; and the sole question it involves is as to the ownership thereof.
