¶ 1 The issues presented for decision concern the admissibility of certain evidence in condemnation proceedings brought by Western Farmers Electric Cooperative to acquire easements for a high voltage line. The issues arise from consolidated appeals by landowners Otho and Mary Etta Enis, and Mary Karen Long.
