This matter came before the court on motions of the defendant Unisys Corporation (“Unisys”) for summary judgment on all of the plaintiffs remaining claims and for an order striking portions of the plaintiffs affidavit which was submitted in opposition to the motion for summary judgment. For reasons discussed more fully below, both motions are granted in part and denied in part.
