By HURD, J.:. This is an action originating in the Municipal Court of Cleveland by a former tenant against his former landlord for compensatory and punitive damages including attorney fees for alleged wrongful eviction. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff for fifteen hundred dollars upon which judgment was rendered. Motions for judgment non obstante veredicto and for a new trial having been overruled, defendant ■ appeals on questions of law. • 1
