The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter called defendants, were convicted in the county court of Kay county on a charge of having possession of intoxir eating liquor, to wit, whisky, with intent to barter, sell, give away or otherwise furnish the same. Each of the defendants’ punishment was fixed by the jury at a fine of $100 and to. be confined in the county jail for a period of 60 days. Judgment was duly rendered by the trial court upon this verdict and the defendants have appealed.
