The action was commenced by the plaintiff, Levy Deas, against the defendants, Rock Hill Printing & Finishing Company and Archie O. Joslin, for injury and damage caused to the plaintiff, his home and lands, by the alleged negligent, willful, and tortious acts and trespasses of the defendants in alleged violation of the Constitution and laws of the State of South Carolina and of the United States, and in thereby taking without compensation and without due process of law the…
