Ellen Holsombeck ("the wife") appeals from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court in favor of USAmeriBank f/k/a Aliant Bank ("the bank"). The bank sued Stan Holsombeck ("the husband"), the wife, and Holsombeck Builders, Inc. ("HB"), claiming that the husband and the wife transferred certain property to the *93wife in 2013, pursuant to a divorce settlement agreement, to prevent the bank from collecting damages.
