This is a bill in equity praying for construction and interpretation of certain provisions in the will, and codicils thereto, of Charles Bryant who died on the twelfth day of December, 1927. His will was dated September 12, 1912, the first codicil was dated November 23, 1917, and the second codicil was dated June 10,1925.

The parties, and their relationship to the testator, are as follows:
