These proceedings originated in a bill in equity to set aside a conveyance of real estate by defendant George Flint and his wife on the ground that it was in fraud of plaintiff’s rights as a judgment creditor of the husband and should be declared void in accordance with the Fraudulent Conveyance Act of May 21, 1921, P. L. 1045. The property was owned by the Flints as tenants by entireties.
