OPINION AND ORDER

GWIN, District Judge.

On July 13, 1998, the defendant federal government filed a motion to dismiss the plaintiffs wrongful death suit [Doc. 14]. The defendant argues the plaintiffs wrongful death suit against the federal government is stopped by the doctrine of sovereign immunity. On August 18, 1998, the Court granted the plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint. The amended complaint clarifies that the United States, and not the United States Postal Service, is the party defendant in this action.
